"Mentor: All of the above, plus when Roll20 launches you'll receive a "Mentor" account instead of a normal account, which gives you increased upload storage capacity for your custom art uploads. In addition, even after the site has launched you'll continue to receive access to a "development" version of the site where you'll have access to new features before everyone else." Do I have access to a "development" version of the site where I can access new features?

You will! The site hasn't launched yet (by "launch", we meant "leave Beta"), so right now what you're using pretty much is the "development" version. After we launch (probably in mid-to-late August), we'll be maintaining a separate development server (where there will be more bugs, but things will be more bleeding-edge as we work on new features), and the "main" site will be updated a little less frequently (we'll only release new stuff when we know it's stable).
